I got two for £45 from the Fairy but I purchased fairly early on so maybe she was feeling more generous!

I messaged the Fairy and offered £46 for two plus could I add one of the other goody bag to save postage. No reply yet............

I succumbed to the Your Looking Well discovery kit based on the Beauty Detective review linked below.

I got the discovery kit for £25 with free postage - but this was before the YLW 20% OFF discount code was posted on the BD site [BD20] - so not sure if the code stacks with the discovery kit offer. The kit retails at £60 and just one offer per customer - so it would be fair enough if the code doesn't stack as £35 off is a good reduction anyway 😊

I like how we're calling them 'The Fairy' 🤣 I googled the name and it's registered at Company's House to someone called Oliver

I ordered 1 early on and paid full price, then messaged and asked if they would accept a lower price for a second one. They replied saying they had more if I wanted, so I got another 2. I saved in one way but paid 2 lots of postage so probably not much better off really, but that was my fault for not thinking on my first offer.

I do make offers anyway, but try to keep them sensible. It really annoys me when I have something listed for say £30 and I get offered less than half price, I feel like replying asking if they would accept that offer themselves 😅

I had a wander round some shops last night and tried the new ysl lovenude in shade 6 - absolutely stunning! Got home to realise it's only out on the YSL website at the moment, didn't realise i was so cutting edge 🤣

I was actually looking at their blushes considering the hype they've been getting on here 😁 Nude Lavalliere blush is indeed beautiful

I keep getting ads for the zoeva eyeliners that some of you bought a while back. They're so pretty! But, I don't wear eyeliner 🙈 I was still thinking of getting some and using as eyeshadow all over the lid as they look smudgy enough to do that - are they worth it for that purpose?

Can i ask you guys which do you think is best - the Medik 8 C-tetra serum in the Cult GWP or the Decree serum in the Face the future mystery box? I seem to have acquired myself a couple of each and wondering which i should keep/ sell 😀

To me they serve a different purpose. I use C Tetra in the AM and I would use Decree in the PM as it has retinol. I think the C Tetra is really good, I prefer it to a number of other Vit C products I've used. I have a bottle of Decree but haven't started it yet as I'm waiting for my current retinol to finish. Hoping I like it as everyone else seems to.

Like ova says, they're both different, they do different things and are used at different times. I have 4 bottles of decree (I love that one) and 2 of medik8 (with another 3 on the way🤣) I have sold 2 though so that will leave me with 3, I've never tried it, I hope I like it. So in summary, keep all of them ☺️

I hadn't quite appreciated the difference AM/PM , but that does make sense.

Maybe I'll try one of each before making any decisions to sell .
I'll try one for a week and then add in the other to minimise any issues with conflict. ..

In casse it's of any help, I've just bought the CB GWP on Vinted from the other seller - M A Holt Retail - and they accepted my £22.50 offer...

The Fairy replied (quite quickly, I was just being impatient!) and I got 2 of the CB plus one of the other GWP for £65. Saved on postage...

I need to think about an evening serum. I have a Skin Rocks retinol for a couple of times a week - can’t stand the smell, it’s very…chemistry lab. So I want something nice and treaty for the rest of the week.

Suggestions most welcome, I’ll look at my stash to see what I have!

Or, is C Tetra a serum? The one that smells of oranges? I’m not used to an oily serum, can I use that evening?

Also, I was looking at order of application and the AI was kinda helpful so I’ve switched to using my C Tetra straight after the Sisley watery stuff, but before anything else. That seems to be making it a lot more usable and sinks in much quicker.

I’m currently using:

AM
-Medik8 peptides advanced MP (but nearly finished so will be switching to Medik8 B5 intense hyaluronic acid in a couple of days)
-Medik8 C- tetra
-Dermalogica eye cream
-La Mer face cream (previously Medik8 or Elemis)

PM
-Decree tincture
-Elemis pro collagen mask or Medik8 night restore

I know there’s room for more, I just don’t know what is best to add 😅
