Tinted moisturiser or similar for REALLY sensitive skin

I am prone to rosacea so have uneven skin and red patches. I want to even things out with something very light like a tinted moisturiser or bb/Cc cream, particularly if i go out for the evening. Yet whenever I do, it makes my skin break out in awful spots a few days later. Are there any good brands for very sensitive skin? I have Rosalique already...

I also have rosacea and have to pick all my face products carefully and found this one has really good coverage and doesn't leave my skin red or inflamed either wearing or after I've taken it off.

Bit on the pricy side but I've found a little goes a long way:

If you have a moisturiser that you are already happy and settled with what about the Drunk Elephant Bronzing drops that you just add to that - give a lovely natural glow and I find very gentle on skin. Not cheap but worth investing in.

I was actually going to recommend Chantecaille also. I love it. I have rosacea also and so many products irritate my skin but this one doesn't. I also really like the glow it gives me and how smooth it is to apply. It's expensive but worth it for me.

Unless OP is fair. A nice product for most people

Chantecaille or Lisa Eldridge or Ilia Beauty.

I like Laura Mercier’s a lot. Not cheap but not extortionate either. I’m very fair skinned and can be sensitive to some products, but not sure how it would be for rosacea. But when I wear it I feel like I have nothing on my skin and it gives a lovely subtle glow. They sell it in John Lewis and Space NK so can try before buying.

Thanks all. I've tried both Chantecaille and Laura Mercier. I think my skin must be super sensitive. Will take a look at the other recommendations. I'm wondering if I need to go the other way and just try something very cheap, like No7!
