Wavy frizzy hair must haves?

Hello!
Since having two babies in 3 years, my hair has gone from being poker straight to naturally wavy with quite a lot of frizz. Hormones truly are mad. I’m quite a wash and go person, and having very thick straight hair previously basically made that absolutely fine way to be but now….less so. Obviously those babies are now two very small children so time is at a premium but I’d love to know some recommendations for helping me lean into the waves but making them look healthy and nice, not my electrocuted look which to be honest, really gets me down as it always just looks like I’ve not made an effort or detracts from my outfits which is a shame because clothes are big form of self expression for me. It is just above shoulder length, and I get a decent cut but just can’t make it look nice at home. So yes, any suggestions hugely welcomed, thank you!

Keratin treatment at hairdressers it’s £££ but good for months as long as you use the correct products

Depends on whether you want to embrace the waves or tame them. I’ve chosen the former. I wash my hair, use lots of silicone free conditioner. Brush through with a wide comb while conditioner in, scrunch conditioner in. Rinse, then detangle more. I use gel if I want more long lasting definition, mousse if I want something faster. Scrunch lots, diffuse with hairdryer and once fully dry scrunch out the crunch. Plenty of online advice. Can be a bit of trial and error to see what suits you- I defo need shampoo and not too much product as my hair is very low porosity and prone to product build up.
