It’s not lovely. Have lost a lot of weight and have been left with a scraggly chicken neck. Any quick fixes?

I’m relying on roll necks atm. Great in winter.

@artforme i have no idea about the science, its a hand held device and the therapist just bleeps it up and down your neck. It can hurt sometimes, like a dull pain. That's my neck at 50 x

Roll necks and scarves.

Microneedling with polynecleotides. I had this on my crepey neck and it worked a treat. I had four sessions and noticed a big improvement after the second. You then need a maintenance session every eight weeks or so.
Also, keeping the skin hydrated will improve the appearance.

Just forget about it, it's not important and nobody who knows you will care.

I have a tortoise neck. Im having a face and neck lift in May abroad. Im 64 and losing 5 stone did not improve my face. I look like a sad clown.

The trouble with non surgical treatments is that they need several treatments and then maintenance, very expensive. There is usually downtime involved. Often the difference is very small.
