Any experiences of Rise and Fall quality and customer service?

I have seen a couple of things on their website that look lovely.

Has anyone shopped with them and what are your experiences of quality, sizing and customer service? TIA 🙂

I bought one of their cashmere wraps in the Black Friday sale - it was breathtakingly expensive but it is lovely. Quality is excellent and delivery was fine - quick and normal. I didn’t have any experience of returns etc or need any customer service interaction. Everything was really straightforward.
