What's the story with ebay buys?

So I spied a Jacket from Seasalt that appealed to me and when I checked Seasalt and other sites that sold.it there were none available.

Anyway up popped the same jacket in ebay for about £20 more so I bought it.

Jacket has arrived looks the part but the colour may not be as photographed but in truth this has happened before with things I've ordered on Seasalt .

So is this a jacket that has been replicated by a Chinese company or someone bought a few up and is selling them at a higher price?

Anyone in the know?

The jacket concerned.

My guess would be bought in a sale and sold on once it when out of stock. The colours are rarely the same as the online photos.

Red is often not the same shade as shown online I've frequently found; red seems the most problematic.
