Is there a hair dye that just dyes the greys?

Temporary is fine. I haven’t been able to get to a hairdresser for ages and the grey is coming in, in leaps and bounds. I just need a dark blonde colour to tone them out for a bit until I can get my hair done.

I use this Clairol one
It doesn’t lighten hair, just darkens, so I use a colour slightly lighter than my natural hair so it really just darkens the greys. Then just fades and washes out after a few weeks.
I think it’s a demi permanent one.

Have you washed it a few times yet? I found my hair went decidedly ginger after about five washes and it’s permanent. I’m not happy.

No, but I went for a cool medium blonde shade, so fingers crossed it won’t go ginger.
