Plant based hair colour-anyone tried it?

Hi
i just wondered if anyone has ever tried this type of colour option for hair without the chemicals and what were your positives or negatives about it?

my hair has been grey for around 6 years now due to sudden allergy to hair colour. I found it very difficult to get used to the grey.
I’ve just found a salon not too far away that specialises in plant based colour. I’m not sure whether to go for it or leave it be. growing the old colour out took forever last time

id appreciate anyone sharing their experience

Hi - I did when I was pregnant- a very long time ago now so hopefully the formulation is better - not sure if it was just the wrong colour selected but mine came out really really dark! I never went back. On the other hand I have quite a bad allergy to L’Oréal and Wella colors but do tolerate Aveda which is also a more natural formulation.

That is my worry. My boss uses this particular colour but it’s hard to really get a look at is properly as it’s always tied back. The ladies I work with have said I shouldn’t do it as my bosses hair turns out a different colour every time she gats it done 😬
