Shaping underwear under slinky dress

I usually just wear spanx under dresses but I’m feeling lumpy and need some sort of all-in-one thing. I’d like it pretty tight around the waist and hips but I’m not endowed with the biggest boobs, so does such a thing exist as a bust enhancing but everywhere else shrinking undergarment?

Found some on Next and M&S websites, has anyone got any of their shapewear? And if I get a slip rather than a shorts one, will it ride up?
