Of course not. There are hundreds of places that don’t do plastic. It’s a visible and growing trend that people don’t want to buy clothes that end up in their food and water.

The only real wool I can wear is cashmere or merino, which I do, but the real wool on community clothing, the lambs wool and shetland wool just make me itch. They are also very basic utilitarian jumpers, sorry 🙈

Even if that dog was a greyhound (which are the most beautiful dogs in the world ) it would not belong at the table .

what i said still stands, if a child was ugly as sin and you remarked on it, i'm quite sure it would go down like a lead balloon and the dog can't control it anymore than the hypothetical child can. i think the dog is sweet.

Ugly dogs, ugly children, and ugly adults exist. You can think they're 'sweet', you can think whatever you want, but it's a fact of life.

Calm down, the dog doesn't know some people think it's ugly, it never will, it's a dog. If I see a plugly kid on the telly I might remark on it to my family but I wouldn't post about it. If I meet an ugly kid in real life I can usually bring my "Whoah"! reaction under control.

That said, ugly dogs (and kids) need love too. Sheridan obviously adores it and I doubt she gives a shit what randoms on Mumsnet think.
