Uniqlo alterations - amazing service

I bought a pair of trousers yesterday, the woman in the fitting room helped me to decide what length I needed and pinned them, I took them to the payment desk and picked them up an hour later perfectly hemmed. At no extra cost.

As somebody who is always ready to complain about bad service, I just want to tell you all how great this is (I’m a shortarse so trousers are usually too long for me)

Wow, never knew they did that! Not that I’m a massive shopper in there, but good to know as I’m looking for new jeans.

Which store was this? Thats a brilliant idea.

As a short arse I love this option. I’ve only ever done it online with them though.

This was in London, I’m not sure if all stores do it. They also have the repair/renew service now, plus the fab Heattech range. I’m becoming quite a fan.

Oh wow, Ive seen the signs for this service in the changing rooms at the Bluewater store but always assumed it would be a pain in the arse.

I’ve used Liverpool and Manchester.

The Birmingham one does this. Haven't used it though as uniqlo trousers are the perfect fit for me!

Sadly its a service I'll never need as my inside leg is 34 inches. I love uniqlo but trousers arent long enough. They do a longer length online but still too short

Which uniqlo? It's in the city centre, oposite zara in the Bullring. I think it opened a couple of months ago.
