It says Etam, 1983, to me. Very loudly. I don't really like it. It would have looked much nicer in navy and white in the same design. The chevrons might be quite flattering but at the back from neck to waist it might be terribly unflattering for anyone who is less than perfectly slim and toned - even a slight bra bulge will look dreadful.
