Dd1 has had a tricky few years with trich but she seems better than she has in years and her hair is past her shoulders. It’s not what it was though and I want to buy her something to boost it. She had the Champo (sic) serum for ages but I can’t say it did much and we went through a few bottles.
what can I give he? She does oil her hair with rosemary now and then.
supplement? Product? Anything really

I've been trying the Aveda miracle oil. Argan oil is good too. Depends what you want to achieve.

Bed head by TIGI small talk hair thickening cream.
It’s heat activated so you put it on after washing and blow dry. It doubles the volume of my thin hair. Even DM in her 70’s has started using it, she’s so impressed by the volume it gave me.

I take the hair+me vitamins and use the kerastase oil. My hairdresser has noticed improvements in how thick my hair is! It’s been long term though

@Jamfirstestoh no - I thought it was for 16 and up! The gummies from hairburst are meant to be good, so are the UK Hair ones. The kerestase serum is called genesis and I do think has helped too. Hopefully one of these will help her!
