18th birthday present for girl

Hello. My daughter is turning 18 soon and I looking for a big present that she will use for years. I was thinking about a piece of jewellery (was looking at a Tiffany locket) or a designer bag. The bags are £££ and I am not sure if they are worth the money. The same with Tiffany as the price of the locket is high and I'm not sure if it is worth the money. Are there any classic items that will stand the test of time?

Pandora jewelry esp the cute charms

We got our dds jewellery with their birthstones, Tiffany silver pearls for eldest and a sapphire necklace from Angara for the other. Both love them and wear them daily.
Wouldn’t have gone down the jewellery route if they weren’t into it though. They are special jewellery to them because they love wearing jewellery and it would have been a waste if they only wore them occasionally as they were both pretty pricey so dh and I love seeing that they wear them all the time.
We also got eldest a camera because she’s into photography and a specific microphone for the second as she makes music.

neither of them were into Pandora or designer bags but you know her best!
