Opinions for my 1st fancy event while size 24 postpartum

Hello. I'm a size 24 and slightly over a year postpartum. I'm 28 years old. None of my pre-pregnancy clothes can fit me. All I have is frumpy maternity clothes.

I want to look at least semi-decent for my sister's wedding. I know my size doesn't give a lot of opinions but please help. Thank you.

When is the wedding, and what shape are you? Do you like your boobs? Legs?

Wedding is in February, indoors.
I look like I'm still pregnant.
I'm not sure what I want to emphasize. Boobs are saggy. Thighs loaded with very visible cellulite.

Here are some nice options- sweetheart necklines which tend to flatter a lot of shapes. If conscious about boobs, invest in a good bra and it will make a huge difference to your confidence and shape. Both have sleeves.

The size 24 Verity Plus Size Dark Navy Maxi Gown in Velvet Flock looks nice.

Phase 8 have some nice stuff in and go up to a 26. www.phase-eight.com/clothing/occasionwear/?imageType=model&is=true&sz=60&start=58&isSecondPage=false

What colours do you like/ suit you? What's your budget?

You sound very down on yourself which I understand given your phase of life but you are young and I'm sure you can look lovely. You are worth getting something nice so you can look good at your sister's wedding.

What is your budget? Marina Rinaldi have lovely clothes in natural materials. Some might be a bit mature but a simple dress in a block colour with the right accessories will always look good. They are on the (very) expensive end but worth looking on Vinted/Vestiare/Ebay. They have their own sizing system but the chart is pretty straightforward to follow.

I don't know you, but I promise you that you are your own worst critic, and that you look much lovelier than you think you do. Buy a fantastic dress and don't hide yourself away, this might not be your ideal but you deserve to feel special no matter your size or stage. I'm ten years older than you and looking back at photos of myself at 28 recently I saw that I was cute as anything even though at the time I hated myself and thought I looked like a sack of crap.

Go celebrate your sister and enjoy being among the people who love you x

I would echo Scarlett and Jo, their dresses are beautiful on larger sizes.
