How to contact Vinted when I can't access my account

Very frustrated here. Finally found a way to send a message to them but they insist I upload a pic before the message can go through - I'm trying but the upload button isn't responding.

You can see my issue in the message field. Anyone got any ideas how I can get back in?

Or another contact method?

Can't you just check all your email addresses for emails from Vinted? You can't have that many email addresses surely...

True, I have 3 different email addresses that I use for personal use - how many do you have @vetprob? Can’t you search your inboxes for emails from Vinted and see which account they normally email you on?

I think I only have 3 emails and can't find emails from Vinted on any of them . ... it was a while ago that i set it up though.

Do you think you might have originally signed up to Vinted with a Facebook, Google or Apple ID? Vinted’s help pages say that you might not have a password set up if that was the case. The email would be the email associated with the FB/Google/Apple ID that you used.

Also, I tried that contact page and didn’t need to upload an image. I wonder if it’s worth you trying that page in another browser if you have one, or in an incognito/private browser tab if possible.

If you have an iPhone you might have signed up with your Apple ID and hidden your email so a “fake” one is used.

On your phone go to settings
click on your name at the top
Go down to Sign in with Apple
Scroll down to Vinted and click on that to see the email used.
