Collagen

Morning all.

I'm thinking of starting to take collagen. Mainly for joint pain but also to (hopefully) help skin have more elasticity. Does anyone have any suggestions about which brand and what type is best, please?

A very dry mouth at night and silent reflux with raised heart rate. I've stopped taking the bovine collagen now and I'm hoping things will calm down

My heart rate seems on the way back to normal this morning.
