Help me please! Black tie dress needed, size 22.

Please help. I have a black tie event in February. I am 52, 5’9” and size 22. I’d like to have my arms covered, was thinking a dark velvet with a scoop or v neck. Carry my weight on my tummy/arse so needs to allow for that. I like this one but maybe with longer sleeves and just plain. Any ideas out there?

Oh and I am in Ireland.

I think that dress is really beautiful. A pattern like that hides lumps and bumps better than a plain dress too.
