Hen do next month, I'm a mum of four who hasn't been out out in 12 years, what on earth do I wear? (I'm a size 12, mid 30s)
Bottomless brunch followed by drinks/club/possibly karaoke... Help!

What do you like to wear? What’s your budget? What sort of town/city (Manchester/london/brighton/crewe/etc)? Do you want to be fashionable/smart/casual/goth/boho?

Manchester, usually live in jeans and trainers. I have no idea, I want to not look like a frump

What styles are you comfy in? A nice dress with knee high boots can look good as can tailored trousers with a small heel and glamorous top.

I’d go with trousers and a nice top. You want to be comfortable.

Jeans that fit well, heeled boots and a nice top. Or maybe a mini dress with knee high boots and tights.

Ten years ago every single hen party on Deansgate (and every age from 18 to 80) was flouncy black dresses or trousers, with lots of skin on show.

No idea now …
