Anyone used a remote/at home tooth aligner - Toothfairy, Smile direct etc

My teeth have always been ok not something that’s ever bothered me until recently. But over the years they have definitely shifted and now look overcrowded with some minor overlap. They are also quite hard to properly clean and as someone with historic (hormonal) gum issues, I’m keen to make sure I can get in between and made the decision Ito get them straightened.

Really can’t afford/justify the £5-6k for Invisalign so I’ve been looking into some of the online/at home options advertised for minor realignment. I’ve had a video consultation and been ‘approved’ by Toothfairy so would be great to hear from anyone who has actually used them or similar as it still an expensive process and I definitely don’t want to damage my teeth or make them worse.

All feedback good and bad welcome.

I haven’t used them, I used Clear Correct who are halfway in between the two options you describe, not Invisalign but not online either. I did it at my dentist with regular checks and it cost just under £3k.
