Fully waterproof coat that looks vaguely stylish

I’m hoping I can find something in the sales that fits the following criteria:

1. Navy or khaki /dark green
2. Sits below the knee (I’m 5ft 6)
3. Fully properly waterproof
4. Robust enough for woodland dogs walk
5. Not too thick - menopausal hot flushes so prefer layers I can quickly remove
6. Budget ideally sub £150 but happy to buy on Vinted

Any suggestions? I like the look of the rubberised coats from places like Didrikson but theirs all seem to be very thick lined plus I do wonder whether those coats are breathable as rain proofing I want over even into the warmer months.

Seasalt Janelle is padded lining and to thick - I already have a super warm padded waterproof but finding it too hot so really want something more suited to Spring/autumn rather than winter weather. I've added a Vinted alert for one of those @kohlrabislaw their parka would be perfect but out of budget & sadly no sale on

Sweaty Betty do one - you’d need it in the sale, birthday 50% thing or outlet to be in budget though

I've come to the conclusion that the horsey people know what they're about when it comes to long waterproof coats!

Protected Species coats are lovely BUT unless they've changed the design, there are no inside pockets for a phone.

I got the olive green version of this last year, I love it. It’s not padded at all so not a warm winter coat, more for layering over stuff and spring showers.
it’s actually a pretty straight dupe of the sweaty Betty ‘motion’ parka but I didn’t realise this at the time of purchase.
