My DS got a pair for Christmas but refuses to wear anything not plain black so I inherited them.

What's good about them?

I don’t see what is so special about them £17. I’m knitting a beautiful pair of socks for less than £5 but cotton socks are available locally here for about £4

Is this an advert? Those are monstrously expensive, made of nylon, of all the horrible sweaty things you could put on your feet, and nowhere near as nice as e.g. Seasalt’s sailor socks, which are half the price and usually 3 for 2, and made of nice comfortable, sustainable bamboo. Are you being paid for driving hits to the website?

I bought someone a pair as secret santa so hope they like them too

They are the perfect thickness, have reinforced toes and heels and have great compression. The ones I have also have a storm trooper design which is fun. They do lots of lovely designs.
Agree they are pricey though, I’ve put them on my birthday list ☺️

I’m just really enjoying them and thought I’d share. I wish I were being paid but sadly not.

I’ve been wearing their running and walking socks for years. They were recommended to me by a very experienced runner who does ultramarathons. They are perfect, I never experience any chaffing with them. They are expensive but last so long. I sometimes find them discounted online on various sites or at TK Maxx

Do you really pay $120 for one pair of socks??

As someone who has just restocked their sock drawer at TK Maxx, plus a couple of other places, I can recommend
Glenmuir for warm, wool type socks
Stems were the best quality soft socks out the bunch
Jeep socks were thicker but not bulky
Plus also some Scotch and soda socks not online.

There were lots of bamboo socks there too
