Seaweed shampoo for hair loss?

Looking at a fairly well known? - all over FB anway? seaweed shampoo

I have quite a bit of hair loss (57, post meno aged 55, low iron)
but so does my Ds aged 21 (heart issue. lots of stress)

I'm aware that iron & supplements useful too but wondered if anyone has found this Cornish product helpful as its expensive & Ds is likely to lose much of it down the shower drain ...

Caffeine shampoo and rosemary essential oils definitely work when i’ve looked into it before - caffeine makes your head hold onto the hair longer and rosemary stimulates growth. Massaging coffee into your scalp then rinsing even more effective than the shampoos and cheap.

Im using seaweed shampoo and I have loads of fuzzy new hair growth all over. I don't have bald patches but my hair has thinned over the years.

I bought it based off the FB ad. A bottle of shampoo and another of conditioner. It was the equivalent of not using any shampoo at all I think. My hair didn't feel 'clean' (the shampoo doesn't lather at all) and I ended up with a gross residue on my hairbrush. I did notice a reduction in loss, and my scalp lost all its previous itchiness, but I couldn't bear how lank and 'unwashed' my hair felt and I ended up requesting a refund after 5 weeks. They tried to argue back a little bit but did cough up the refund when I was firm.

Im using this one, it lathers well and I definitely have a lot of hair regrowth. I find I don't need to use conditioner with this.

I got one called Sea Magik from Amazon which seems good

I tried the Cornwall one and didn’t notice any difference. Also I wasn’t crazy about the mint smell, not sure I want my hair smelling of peppermint.
