I interviewed someone for a job when I was working in the former Soviet Union in the early 2000s. She wore a dress that was completely see through with no underwear. And had two women interviewing her. At the end she apologised and said she had expected to be interviewed by a man. It was difficult to know where to look, so I made constant eye contact.

If there's one thing I struggle with in interviews, it's sweaty hips - problem solved! Just make sure your brogues are well-polished.
