Before Christmas I bought a Karen Millen trench coat in a petite length - it’s described as turquoise but it’s an absolutely beautiful sage green colour, perfect for spring. Also just ordered a petite faux fur jacket from New Look in the hope of replacing my current one, which has totally unusable pockets as they are in such an odd place.
Pyjamas from FatFace, and a totally impulse purchase of a co-ord set from Nobody’s Child. I was looking for a nice skirt and thought I’d try the matching jacket too. Also got some Christmas party wear for my little girl to stash away for next year, very pleased with that.

I got a Hayley Menzies cardigan for half price - I almost bought it full price a couple of months ago, wavered and then it sold out so was delighted.

I need a nice neutral blazer to replace one I inexplicably lost but don’t have the patience to trawl the shops this week so will probably end up paying full price in the NY.

I've bought some casual trousers and T-shirts today for my extra large bum. Hoping to get some weight lost hut in the meantime can't keep wearing one pair of trousers!

I also got a fleece jacket and nice cardigan which I will continue to wear even if i do manage to lose weight.

I still need to get some work shoes but can't find any I really like atm.

I was on the Zara website at the time the sale started at 6pm on Christmas Day, but a lot of the stuff I had my eye on had sold out. I had even added a top and leather trousers to my basket and they sold out before I checked out. It really annoys me that they do not reserve the items in your basket! 😠

I did well on Debenhams website - two half price Christy Turkish cotton bath sheets in dark grey, a spa quality white bathmat for less than half price, a hotel quality 800 thread fitted king size sheet about 80% off, a plunge bra for less than half price & a Burgi watch in green with gold Swarovski crystals from £395 down to £31(!)The watch arrived this morning & it’s lovely. I also received 2 bras in the post from a lovely lingerie shop near me; one had 25% off & the other (a stunning lemon Gossard) was less than half price. I have also ordered a ring from TJC that had 20% off. Nearly bought a lush sounding orange & maple Christmas pud half price in Aldi but was put off by the alcohol ( orange liqueur), although I later realised it would burn off in the heating up process. Might see if they have any left. Oh yes & I’ve ordered a half price winter stag small china jug & a Snowy Owl less than half price tea towel from Sophie Allport. Do love my jugs! From the RNLI I got an address book for £1, a snowglobe half price & 2 packs of half price Christmas cards. Particularly love the yellow wellies ones! Very nearly ordered a chocolate brown maxi coat from Debenhams but it was long on the model so would absolutely swamp me! £19 from £75! Went to M & S on NYE to swap my “ Hairy Fair Isle” jumper for something else & found a lovely faux leather blazer from £70 down to £35. The jumper had cost DBil £28.80 so I paid the difference.

I ordered a half price inspirational quote hoody then I got tempted by a further 20% off a gorgeous bright yellow “ smile” cross body bag, although it was annoying that they charged for 2 lots of postage instead of combining both orders.

My orders have arrived, the jeans are too big and the velvet top too dressy (but beautiful) however the matching velvet skirt is a keeper, as are the Toteme and Norma Kamali tops. I’ve also bought a Me+Em jumper and a pair of Anonymous Copenhagen boots that have been on my wish list for more than a year.
