No hand cream will remove age spots but lasers will. You still have to use sun block religiously and as the spots will return, repeat the lasering as necessary.

This article explains how you can lighten them with eg lemon juice, but you have to do it consistently and it does seem a faff.

Clarins Super Restorative Hand Cream ( in the red tube) is anti-age spots. It is very effective on my nearly 62 year old hands.
I had some age spots starting to appear but this stopped them in their tracks.
I keep it on my bedside table and apply it to hands and nails every night religiously.

Microneedling. I have had some fabulous results. Always use spf. You can get hand cream with spf already added.

Yes OP the Clarins one is definitely worth the price tag. It will be a lovely thoughtful gift for your mum.
Might turn out to solve your present buying for many Christmases and birthdays etc to come!
Happy Christmas.

You’ll have to go out to a Boots or department store with a Clarins counter today if it’s for Christmas!

Thanks everyone 😊

Happy Christmas!🎄
