Nice dress..but a little dressy me thinks for school run, even with flats. I like the blue colour though.

fishie · 10/06/2008 22:14

maybe i am fatter than you.

or perhaps you have got a slip?

DrNortherner · 10/06/2008 22:14

Whats a slip?

actually i am def fatter than you. that is the most unflattering dress i could ever wear, i would look like a bag. or a sack. a covered wagon.

agree lovely blue though.

cornsilk · 10/06/2008 22:16

very nice

fishie · 10/06/2008 22:19

no a full slip, vest to the knee. i don't think it would help me though.

that dress is not ideal for people who might not be very fat but not very thin either.

fiddledidee · 10/06/2008 22:21

love it, either colour.
I think it would be nice for ladies with different sizes and shapes too - apples, pears and celery would all look nice in it,iyswim.

Amandoh · 10/06/2008 22:34

I like both colours too and I think it'd look fine for the school run. I found this dress online this evening that might also do the trick.

Possible candidate for the school run.

Amandoh · 10/06/2008 22:37

Oh, that's a nuisance. The link shows the full list rather than the dress I chose.

The dress is the Chantal jersey dress with lace trim. The white looks a little see through but the blue is lovely.
