I won't bedoing gladiatow sandals this summer

Flat flat flat does not suit me.

Anyway, they only look good on 17 year old sticks.

They were wearing gladiator sandals in a convent? My word, that can't be right, can it? I suppose they do have a sot of monastic touch though.
