Fuller bust bra recommendations

I’m hoping for some bra advice from any fuller bust ladies. I’m a good few months postpartum currently a 36F (was a 32DD before baby) and my boobs are a lot softer and saggier now. I am bigger overall tbh! I used to love nicer padded/lift bras, but the styles I wore before either don’t feel comfortable anymore or don’t come in my size now.

I’ve been living in non-wired bras most of this year but they honestly do nothing for my shape. I really miss feeling supported and confident. I might as well not wear a bra for all the difference my current ones make.

Does anyone have recommendations for comfortable bras that actually lift and shape fuller busts? I just want to look and feel good again! Not breastfeeding if that’s relevant.

Thanks so much in advance

I do love Rigby & Peller but it’s so expensive

Very expensive but if you hand wash the bras they last for many years and work out cheaper per wear. I buy 2 bras every 2 or 3 years.

Go to an independent or to a Bravissimo shop and get s fitting.

The M&S one linked above is very good. I have them in just about every colour, incl the pink

Another Bravissimo Millie fan here, 36FF, they give a lovely shape and are so comfortable as well.

OhDear111 · 18/12/2025 22:06

Fantasy. They are the best.

Okay, sounds like a professional fitting is a must. I measured myself tonight and the result was very different from my previous estimation so I’d like to double check before buying anything.

I’ve learned so much reading though these replies, thank you so much. Really interesting that the same size bras can fit so differently depending on the brand and style @HurdyGurdy19
The tip about handwashing is also useful as I want to look after them properly if I am splashing out for better quality. Think the days of grabbing any old black push-up from the supermarket are over…
Very happy to make underwear more of an investment purchase going forward as I’m starting to think my ill-fitting bras may be contributing to my back problems… although carrying a heavy baby around all day probably isn’t helping either!

I'm 38J and like these M&S bras. They must be short of stock, because they normally come in a nude/opaline colour and various shades of beige/brown. I DONT own a pink one 😄
Note that on their website, they are called 'Wild Blooms' but instore, that isn't written anywhere on the labelling. I had to shop the shop assistant what I was talking about and she said they use different name online! 🙄

These are great.

I hand wash all my bras. They similarly last for years.

Another recommendation for Panache, the ones I have are very supportive with decent underwriting that holds everything in but still gives a sexy appearance.

AlwaysGardening · 19/12/2025 09:22

I’d also recommend a fitting with Bravissimo, avoid M&S. All my bras are the Elomi Morgan. Expensive but I have a hand washing session once a week and they last well.

OhDear111 · 19/12/2025 09:55

@Mysteise Once you are measured, the higher priced bras are standard sizes. You will know what you need and can buy the style you like on line which often saves money.

I have this one. It's by far the most comfortable underwired bra I've ever worn. The only downside was that fact that the band seems a size bigger than it needs to be3
