Please help (FUSSY) DD17 find a school dance dress🙏

DD needs a dress she’d like it to be long, fairly simple possibly dark green, navy or burgundy.
No frills or flounces, and she’s fairly short so may need to be from a petite section, size 6 or 8.
We’ve looked at (and returned) already from the usual places ASOS, Boohoo and PLT, have seen a few on Vinted but needs to be here for a week today so concerned those may not arrive on time!

What's your budget? I reckon the 'no frills' thing is tricky for party dresses, but you will probably find loads of simple sheath dresses in block colours if you search for bridesmaid dresses instead - and burgundy or dark green should be pretty common colours for those.

H&M might have a few that fit the bill?
Has she checked the ASOS New In section since you returned the order because they are uploading new stuff all the time.
