Need a really good skin lightening cream

Can anyone recommend one? I’ve tried exfoliating (manual with gloves /pumice) and also with aha products but it’s not budging. Is there a really good cream that can help?

Caudalie do a brightening range. I use the serum, eye cream and moisturiser. Not cheap but lovely products that i believe work.
