Looking for advice to feel and look less like a swamp monster. I have an 18 month old, he doesn’t sleep well which I know would improve how I look overall but I want to see if there is anything else I can do to improve the way I feel and look.

Mainly thinking:
Collagen (what types? Brand etc)
Vitamins (same as above)
Hair products/styling for not straight but not curly fizzy hair which is long.
No-makeup makeup that doesn’t look cakey but makes me look less dead.
Skincare - Should I get dermatica/skin and me or something similar.

I have been trying to eat better/drink water and know I need to up my exercise but any advice appreciated!

Thanks!
