Hair mask to tame wild hair

Can anyone recommend me a hair mask please to help my type 3a (I think) curly hair? Half the time it just looks like a wild lions mane. I desperately want somethjng to help with definition and frizz. I mistly use cantu shampoo and conditioner, I dont colour it and dont use much heat so I dont think its particularly dry. But it is MAD. Help.

No reccomendations here but I’m curious about type 3a hair…how do you work out your hair type?

I have keratin treatment at my hairdressers for crazy menopausal hair - it’s brilliant! Bit pricey and you need non SLS shampoo and conditioner but was a game changer for me
