Looking for an elegant fluid cream/white man's shirt with a mandarin collar - any ideas?

My DH is wearing a gorgeous long black jacket - made for our wedding and an Yves Saint Laurent copy made by a dear friend - for black tie this weekend.

Sadly shirt has disintegrated and keen to find something similar.

A very fluid and elegant cream shirt with gentle alternate vertical stripes giving it a bit more texture - and with a mandarin collar (not essential but does look good)

Any chance anyone has seen anything similar? Or has suggestions of where to look - we're in London

DH has a linen shirt with a mandarin collar but we bought it a long time ago. Maybe a search for ‘Russian’ shirt would help find one? It wasn’t cheap but many men have been very jealous of it because he doesn’t have to wear a tie with it.

For shirts with mandarin collars, the best place to look is Shanghai Tang but they no longer maintain a physical presence in the UK (they used to have a shop on Sloane St and a concession in Selfridges). I’m not sure if an online order would arrive by the weekend but you can check with them?

Wow @HundredMilesAnHour Those shirts are BEAUTIFUL - sadly bit risky to get here fast enough... probably lucky as the ones I love are all super-pricey

Loving those Joseph shirts @Jugendstiel - not smart enough for the event, but utterly gorgeous and going to buy a couple as they're so DH's style ... Darn, just seen sold out in his size....

I used to live in HK and Shanghai Tang really do make some beautiful clothes and accessories. Their flagship branch was dangerously close to my walk home from work so a bad work day could get quite expensive. Shame they’re no longer physically in the UK. Worth keeping an eye on Vinted as I’ve had a few bargains that way.
