What shoes with this dress?

It will be worn for a work meal out to a 'nice ' restaurant and on Christmas day. I don't want to wear boots similar to the ones in the photo for either of those and can't do heels higher than about 2 inches, does anyone have any inspiration for me? Thanks

I have a lovely pair of heeled brogues (similar colour to boots in photo) I wear with a similar dress. The heel is only about and inch and they are surprisingly comfy, they make my paddle sized feet look quite delicate too and hide pop socks as well.
