Best way to remove make up on really sensitive skin

I've just asked chat gpt what is wrong with my skin and it's suggested damaged skin barrier,menopause and rosacea. Tbf skin and me said the same when I used them.

I've just bought some cerave hydrating cleanser but I need a v gentle but thorough way to remove make up first, any suggestions?

My poor pores do not get on with coconut oil or heavy balm cleaners (like the beauty pie or elemis ones) but the lighter ELF one was ok.

I also like the Garnier fragrance free micellar water - I've just bought another bottle because it's on offer in Boots.

My other go to is the Ordinary Squalane Cleanser

I'd use a proper cosmetic oil cleanser rather than coconut and other vegetable oils that are comodegenic. Choose a fragrance-free oil in order to not irritate your skin.

I'd also use Avène's anti-redness skin care line. It's sepcifically formulated to sensitive redness and rosacea-prone skin.

Do you not know how to read? She wrote in her post that her skin doesn't get on with coconut oil.

My skin is so sensitive I have reacted badly to supposed hypoallergenic sensitive skin products. I use a dermatologist recommended Bioderma sensibio miceller water to remove makeup and then a double cleanse with the same make wash off cleanser. - it can be used on babies. Then Liz earle toner at night and Alumier Hydra Calm moisturiser and eye cream from an aesthetic salon.
