LED face mask for adult acne - please help

Hello,

I struggle constantly with acne - cystic and hormonal.

Has anyone used a LED face mask that has helped them that they would recommend?

I also have quite a bit of red marks from the acne so anything that improves marks too would be good!

I’ve already addressed diet and been to dr for medication etc.

I have the Current Body led mask and it definitely helps with my rosacea.

For acne you need the blue led lights. Have a look at the Shark cryoglow mask which as both blue and red lights.
