Halara. How can I loosen the waistband slightly

Bought some trousers. Expected them to be stretchy on the waistband but it’s quite tight though they fit everywhere else. Any tips to stretch the waistband a teeny bit? Their returns policy is a nightmare.

Mounjaro? Realistically though, I don't think you can stretch a waistband. Do you have a pic? It might be possible to move a button over a bit?

You could try and put the tip of a hot iron over the elastic bit (I don't know what Halara look like at the waist tho!) I did this with a pair of elastic waist holiday trousers that fit perfectly everywhere but quite snug on the belly. Ironing a bit of the stretchy bit makes it "unelastic" but the rest stays the same.

If you're not sure don't do it - or blame me if it doesn't work! It did work for me.
