A good quality hairbrush for long, straight hair

Desperate for Xmas presents for DD so I thought I’d replace her cheap hairbrush. She has long, straight, quite thick, hair and I wondered if there’s a brush that would suit her. Denman used to be trendy when I was a teen!

Aveda paddle brush from John Lewis. Husband has long thick hair and it's the best he's used.

Mason Pearson bristle & nylon. If looked after it will last many many years. Early 20’s DD with long think hair has had one since she was little and fully appreciates it.

Yes - I must have had my M&B hairbrush for decades now.
Ive got a small Denman for travel, that seems ok too.

I bought this Kent paddle brush last year - it’s lovely and feels really nice for brushing my hair. It’s a bit enormous though. My teens have a size down from this (not with the vented holes in), and one has v long hair which works well with the brush.
