Kimono or wrap? I can't find what I want

I developed an autoimmune disease last year which has caused huge red raised marks that cover the backs of my hands and arms. I look like I've got the plague and I'm very self conscious of it.
I'm trying to find long sleeved, lightweight cover ups that I can wear over vests and cami tops that won't make me hot (also menopausal) but are open fronted.

I've searched for Kimono tops, wraps or cover ups but nothing seems to find what I'm after.
Any ideas what I want? 😁

A few suggestions plus a sewing pattern if you or someone you know has a sewing machine, they’re very simple to make so maybe even getting a dressmaker to run you up some would npt cost too much?

Not what your asking for but I'm wondering if, instead of a vest, a top like this from COS might help. They come in lots of colours and in either cotton or a very light weight wool.

What about boleros and dance shrugs? You can get long sleeve ones that only cover the arms and upper lapel.

A few more ideas, this time from M&S. A friend has the shirt, and often wears it open, more as a light jacket over sleeveless things, it looks great. I have the lace t shirt which I wear under sleeveless tops or over a cami
