Perfume shopping for teenagers

DD(14) would like a perfume for Christmas. It’s such a personal thing and she’s always had a really sensitive sense of smell so I think it might be an idea to take her to choose something in the few days before Christmas itself.

Where would you go? - liberty would break the bank and start her on an expensive habit. M&S are great but doesn’t feel special.

OR can you recommend something light and floral and mid priced that someone new to scent would enjoy?

We are in London so lots of options. Thank you for any tips ☺️

I’m thinking on Victoria secrets or Marc Jacobs for my 13 ye old

Arianna Grande Cloud - it’s light but lovely. Aimed at the younger market. Nice bottle too.

I would have got her a mini set but as you're wanting to take her I suggest a big Boots or Zara.
Teens seem to like Marc Jacob Daisy, Britney Spears or Ariana Grande.

Go to Sephora they have a reasonable range. Or Selfridges will stock everything.

I wouldn’t think a 14 year old would want popstar fragrances, they’re a bit ‘younger’.

My teen daughter likes Marc Jacob’s Daisy. She has had some others but always comes back to that one. Try Boots, The Perfume Shop or Sephora.

She isnt’t really into celebs and think we’d both find Selfridges a bit overwhelming for choice! but thank you for the ideas.

I might try some of the Fragonard ones if I can find a good stockist - they are well priced and the range is not too enormous.
