Two weeks to tone or make upper arms look better

Hi all going to a Christmas do in two weeks, how can I make my upper arms look more toned/better? Xxx

It takes at least 4-6 weeksto see an increase in muscle mass, so realistically your options are

  • fake tan if you're pale-skinned
  • cardigan/bolero/blazer/pashmina

I think they say bicep curls, arm raises for good arms but hopefully a PT will be along soon …

In 2 weeks you can't achieve anything I am afraid unless you are already in a good shape. I started lifting 3 months ago and it took a month to see a bit of a difference. You also need to up your protein and decrease sugar.

I agree with the other comments on fake tan or a cover.

You WILL NOT see results in 2 weeks, I'm really sorry to say. It would take a minimum of 6 weeks to see a difference.

I agree with fake tan and dressing appropriately if you don’t like your upper arms.

If you’ve got any of that rough dimply skin and/or rough elbows, use something like Flexitol on them to deep moisturise.

you left it until 2 weeks beforehand? Christmas is at the same time each year 🤣

find a cardi/jacket etc and make a resolution to start toning up now so you can look as toned as you’d like in the future

I think you should start lifting now, in time for your next do or holiday. Other than that I do t have e any advice except to say I bet your arms aren’t half as bad as you think they are.
