Online clothes stores who don’t use EVRI!

Having real issues with them since I moved house - some deliveries get through, then they say can’t find me! I’m a big online shopper who is now very frustrated! Which stores use a different courier?!

Not sure if they deliver for them, but I presume so, as to return to Marks and Spencer’s it’s Royal Mail. They now house various different brands as well as their own so might be useful.

Evri are appalling in my area. Nearly all the shops I buy from use them
I don't get them to deliver to my house any more as they don't follow instructions and just leave my parcel on the pavement to get nicked.
I get them to deliver to the local Evri parcel shop then I go and pick it up.

I'd suggest a parcelshop or locker delivery too then you're not limiting where you buy from.

Uniqlo have changed to DPD

Do any of the stores that you shop at offer click and collect, would that be easier?

Every are actually our best courier so I must be lucky has the same guys has been doing it for around 10 years.

M&S use Evri, DPD and Royal Mail. Mostly Evri though and they get a lot of complaints about failed deliveries!

We are very lucky to have a great Evri courier who has been doing the job for years. I always give great feedback for her.

They do but not particularly close to me!

Unfortunately M&S use Evri to deliver some of their stuff. I ordered a couple of things and they split it into two packages, one delivered by Royal Mail which arrived without issue and the other by Evri which I’m still waiting for. Both were meant to be delivered today.

I am sick of their crap service and lies about when a parcel is going to arrive. I am especially sick of Cos and Arket delivery services. I got a jumper today, 10 days after ordering it.
