rain hats - not bucket or bobble!

I love hats & am looking for one to keep the rain off! I don't really like bucket hats & bobble hats are toasty but woolly so not very water resistant.

I wear a puffer jacket & can't find anything that suits. Sometime ago I saw hoods on Dragons Den but they were wildly expensive for something that looked mass produced.

All thoughts really appreciated not matter how quirky or stylish or............?

thank you stylists!!

I bought this one and put my hair underneath it when it's raining. https://www.johnlewis.com/barbour-waxed-cotton-cap/p113826050

thank you @RosemaryandTruffle - I should've added that I don't like baseball caps either!

I think I am beginning to understand why I am struggling to find something I like!!

Trekmates to a lovely warm bobble hat which has a waterproof lining. Unless it’s absolutely torrential rain it’s pretty waterproof. Sealskins also a good range of waterproof hats, I have their beanie , which I normally wear running, as I hate a cold wet head (Don’t mind the rest of me getting wet, when I’m pounding the tarmac)!.

Agree, lots of places do waterproof bobble hats

thank you @mazedasamarchhare & @threepercent . I think I am looking for something a bit more stylish or even quirky than a bobble hat

I bought an army surplus canvas hood from eBay 😁
I often wear the knitted hoods but they’re not much use in proper rain but the canvas one is decent.
I also saw hoods here which I’m tempted to try.

I have a Tilleys hat. I love it. Waterproof, washable and can be eaten by an elephant with no ill effects.
