The woman in the orange is epar shped thats why she looks crap. Dress too short, wrong shap and she has flats on.

I like that Fat Face one, DrNorthener.

DrNortherner · 08/06/2008 22:26

Agree colour is not fab, but with a tan, beads and cool flip flops it might work. Will check out in store tomorrow.

oh but why is it so difficult to find a nice jersey dress that is not a wrap dress, is plain not patterned, is not strappy/halter neck/racer back and is not cut like a sack. Ultimate summer day wear from school run to beach, no need to iron.

I always forget Debenhams and they do have lots of nice things

JackieNo · 08/06/2008 22:27

I like the colour - but then I'm a fan of sludgy colours. As you say, you can brighten it up with accessories.

drowninginlaundry · 08/06/2008 22:28

The Fat Face dress is great but you need a tan!

largeginandtonic · 08/06/2008 22:28

This one is nice Not sure on the length though.

largeginandtonic · 08/06/2008 22:31

This one too bit crazy though.

DrNortherner · 08/06/2008 22:32

Nice shape G&T but not plain as per the brief. Keep up

This one i like too Shame it is only in khaki.

granarybeck · 08/06/2008 22:33

Jackieno, the principles one nice ta. Like Debenhams ones too, and whitestuff too. I always think jersey will cling to all lumps and bumps (saddlebags!) even though looks nice on hanger

largeginandtonic · 08/06/2008 22:34

I know it's not plain >

Will keep looking. Dunno why i'm torturing myself. If you find the perfect dress i wont fit in it soon.

DrNortherner · 08/06/2008 22:34

I have 2 lovley jersey skirts from H&M, they hang beautifully when on. Just want a dress in the same fabric!

Anyway, whilst sitting here my hair is frizzing more and more. Must go and straighten it.

Night all.

My sister has a lovely jersy dress form White stuff, years ago now. Still love it and have dress envy everytime i see her in it. I was with her when she bought it and have kicked myself a million times for not getting one too!
