What do you think to this Oliver Bonas coat?

The collar is removable and has a normal collar which matches the coat material underneath.

It's too short for my liking, I like a coat that covers my arse. I quite like it though, it looks good on that model in an "I borrowed my lumberjack boyfriend's coat for the evening" way.

It's not my cup of tea.

The colour puts me in mind of chocolate limes -sorry!

I really like it. It wouldn’t suit me but I can definitely picture it on one of my DDs, worn with wide leg jeans and trainers.

It’s cute but it’s 89% polyester so I’d be prepared for bobbling. (To be fair I don’t wear polyester and not everyone is bothered about it.)

Nope. I think those colours combined with that style will date badly and quickly. And it’s almost entirely polyester yet described as a “wool blend” and priced accordingly! Don’t step too close to any naked flames. 😜

Yeah, I’d rather it was a bit more expensive and a bit more wool. OB is always daft prices for not great quality so I’m not expecting great things from it.

That was my first thought too. Sorry OP, I don't like it at all.

The M&S one from @evilharpy is much better, or at least less offensive. And 40% cheaper. And has a higher wool content (although is still more polyester than wool).

I don’t understand why how the OP can even be considering the OB one given that she’s also written “OB is always daft prices for not great quality”. Makes zero sense.

Because I’m viewing it as a fun /fast fashion piece I guess. I know I would not be buying a quality investment piece. And I have more money than sense 😆

Depends how tall you are, those style of coats generally suit shorter people better, they always skimp on the length

It looks fun, but it's the sort of thing you'd get tired of very quickly.

If the colours suit you then go for it. My 23 year old niece would look amazing wearing it.

£100 for 89% polyester is madness. You would basically be wearing a plastic bag. It won’t keep you warm, it will go really bobbly in no time, and it will look shiny and cheap.

It probably cost £2 to make.
