Hi everyone. I ordered mine over a week ago and the tracking says it was delivered to my porch yesterday, but it never arrived. The courier has uploaded a photo showing parcels on my porch, but the box they’re suggesting is mine isn’t something I recognise. You can’t see any branding or labels in the photo and it definitely wasn’t actually left here. The other parcels in the picture were on my porch, just not that one.
On my M and S account it also shows as delivered with the same photo.
If anyone who has received their advent calendar still has it in the original packaging, would you mind sharing a quick photo of what the outer box looked like so I know what I’m supposed to be looking out for? Thanks.
