Please help me decide on boots for this skirt..

I have just bought this skirt

I have this Jacket and they look good together, however I don't seem to have any shoes or boots that look good. I think the skirt will be fine in warmer weather, bare legged and with trainers but for now, I need tights. So, what am I going for? Tan ankle boots don't work, black lace up ankle boots don't work, brown calf boots are a no as are low calf western boots. Was thinking black suede maybe? Knee length for sure, over the knee maybe? Loafers instead?

I'm size 8, slim leg, standard width budget up to £150 preferably less don't mind second hand.

Forgot to add I would prefer flat or low heel because I walk loads thanks
