Product for curly hair

I'm looking for recommendations for a hair product. Hair and beauty are really not my thing but I do like when my hair is big and curly (it naturally does this) but goes frizzy so I always end up tying it up. Mousse makes the curls stay and look good but I hate the sticky feeling.

If this is relevant for recommendations, usually wash it in an evening and leave it to dry by itself. I can't always use a hairdryer / lift both arms due to a pain condition so nothing that includes more than a minute or so of effort.

I don't have loads of disposable cash so nothing that costs more than £10ish please.

I would reallt appreciate any ideas.

TIA

This stuff! Transforms my curly hair.

While wet, put a little moisturising cream in, then a load of this (more than you think, check out videos). Brush/comb hair then scrunch to create nice curls. Then leave to air dry, don't touch at all until completely dry (or use a diffuser if too slow). It will try really stiff and crisp. BUT then scrunch again to get lovely soft defined curls without frizz.
Put in a satiny scrunchie pineapple ponytail overnight to keep them.

I would also suggest giving a diffuser a go given you can't keep your arms raised. You hold it UNDER the hair pointing up and set the hairdryer to a high heat but low speed. So you don't need to raise your arms really but can still dry it faster if you need to.

Thank you @SwallowsandAmazonians I'll give that a go.
