I have had a big night out planned for tomorrow for a while and have been really looking forward to it.
But…
- My period started early and I feel so gross.
•I have a massive pink spot on my face.
•My skin isn’t glowing like it was a couple of weeks ago and is quite dull. I use Elizabeth Arden products which usually work a dream on my skin, but the last couple of weeks it just looks dull.
• I feel exhausted, and have been fighting off a cold all week.
• My face looks puffy all over.
• Under eyes are darker than they have been recently.
• My hair looks dull.
I’m working all day today followed by taking the children to after school clubs and cooking etc, then I have work tomorrow and then will be getting ready to go out - I have no time to go and get a facial, go to the hairdressers etc. I can of course do little things for myself this evening and throughout today and tomorrow while working (depending on what they are!).
Please advise me on any ways to help me feel better about myself, and to try and reverse or improve some of the above issues.
